Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (apps, PDFs, music, videos, images), all sales are generally final once the product has been downloaded or the license key has been issued.
However, we understand that issues can occur, and we're committed to customer satisfaction.
Eligible for Refund
We offer full refunds in the following situations:
- Technical Issues: Product doesn't work as described or technical problems prevent use (must be reported within 7 days)
- Product Not as Described: The product significantly differs from its description on our website
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice
- License Key Issues: License key doesn't activate or validate properly, and we're unable to resolve the issue
- Download Problems: Unable to download the product after multiple attempts and support assistance
- Billing Errors: Charged incorrect amount or unauthorized charges
NOT Eligible for Refund
- Changed mind after successful download/activation
- Didn't read the product description carefully
- Device incompatibility (if system requirements were clearly stated)
- User error or lack of technical knowledge
- Requested after 30 days from purchase date
- Violation of our Terms of Service (product sharing, license key redistribution)
Custom Physical Products
Custom items (bottles, books, pens, tumblers, leather goods, keyrings) are made to order:
- Before Production: Full refund available if you cancel before we start production
- Manufacturing Defects: Free replacement or full refund for defective items
- Shipping Damage: Replacement or refund if item arrives damaged (report within 48 hours)
- Incorrect Order: Full refund if we made an error in customization
- NO REFUNDS: Custom items cannot be refunded for buyer's remorse or design changes after production approval
Refund Process
How to Request a Refund:
- Contact us via our Contact page or email: support@hgclassic.com
- Include your Order ID and purchase email
- Explain the reason for the refund request
- Provide screenshots or evidence if applicable
- We'll respond within 24 hours (usually much faster)
Refund Timeline
- Approval: Within 24-48 hours of request
- PayPal Refunds: Processed immediately, appears in 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer Refunds: Processed within 24 hours, may take 5-10 business days to appear
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:
- Product partially works but has minor issues
- Custom item has minor cosmetic defects that don't affect functionality
- Late delivery of custom items (not applicable to digital products)

Before requesting a refund, consider these options:

- Product Exchange: Exchange for a different product of equal value
- Store Credit: Receive credit for future purchases
- Replacement: For defective or damaged items
Promo Code Purchases
Products obtained using 100% discount promo codes (free products) are not eligible for cash refunds. However, we'll still provide full technical support.
